Getting harder and harder to actually speak with a real person at Fed Ex. Here's how to do it: Dial 800-463-3339 for customer service. After you hear the automated voice, say "main menu," then say "technical assistance," then say "more options," then say "something else." That is the only way I got through to an actual person. Took over half an hour to figure it out.

Is it normal to not get any tracking updates? Basically what the title says, it had one update saying it was leaving the facility it started at and that’s it. It’s supposed to be delivered today, but I doubt it unless they just decided to stop updating the tracker and my box is just sitting outside (checks outside real quick).

At fedex express, The Leo (tablet) has gps. Dispatch can see in real time where drivers are, managers can call dispatch whenever they wish to get updates—locations, how many stops a driver has left, etc. if your package has a senseaware then it tracks the package in real time also.
Why is FedEx tracking so useless and overly optimistic?
My tracking has been stuck on “left FedEx origin facility” since Tuesday (the 9th) night. It’s scheduled to be delivered on Monday and still says arriving on time.

It never arrived. Seller gave AliExpress a FedEx tracking number and delivery schedule and AE denied my claim several times. Then BH provided AE a letter with a FedEx logo stating that I had actually signed for the package. The scam - the FedEx tracking number was real and a product was delivered to a home.

It last scanned as arrived at FedEx location in Greenwood, Indiana (after it had already left there and went to Indianapolis then back) and now it hasn't moved in 8 days. I filed a claim and never heard back. Are we allowed to go to a FedEx facility and ask to pick up our package? Or would it be just too hard to locate?
